SERAMON® CHORDAE LOOP is a PTFE loop system designed for minimally invasive procedures to reconstruct or repair mitral valve prolapse or ruptured chordae tendineae. The product, based on a continuous PTFE suture, consists of four loops of equal length connected by a PTFE pledget. This pre-assembled product ensures safety through internal laboratory controls of all key variables, such as loop length and knot tensile strength. The product includes a double-needle suture with four loops secured by a pledget and an additional pledget.
